The delivery charges are dependent on the delivery option picked by you. The delivery options and the charges are

All orders placed before 5 pm AEST are dispatched the next business day depending on the stock availability.
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are rough estimations given to us by our allocated couriers. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Our courier companies cannot deliver within allocated time frames.

Once an order has been placed, updates to delivery address are only possible if the item hasn’t been sent. Please submit a request to our Contact Centre team, who will be more than happy to assist, via the Contact us page.

We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and PayPal. We will continue to add more payment methods.
If, for any reason, we cannot immediately supply you with a product you have ordered, we will let you know over phone or email and provide you with options to amend, exchange, or cancel & refund.
Should you experience a fault with your product, which is within warranty guidelines and within the Likewize warranty period (0-24 months), Likewize will provide a credit to you. Please contact us via email at optus.accessories@likewize.com to assist with your claim. Once your claim is submitted our customer contact team will get back to you usually within 24 business hours.
Nothing is able to be returned to us without this claim submission and acceptance process. Any product returned without an authorisation from Likewize will be at your own expense and without a guarantee for a refund.
Likewize Policy is to request a return, with the below supporting minimum information.
Any returns for purchases made before 16th November 2021 will need to be raised with Cellnet, Optus' previous Accessories partner. These can be raised through the Cellnet claims process. Please contact Cellnet on 1300 365 047, and provide your order number, name, address, and a brief description of the issues with supporting documentation and their support team will get back to you usually within 24hrs to work through a fast solution for you.
Likewize claims, on purchases made on or after 16th November, will be assessed and valid claims will be provided with an authorisation reference. Nothing is able to be returned to us without this claim submission and acceptance process. Any product returned without an authorisation from Likewize will be at your own expense and at no guarantee for a refund.
Once your claim is assessed and approved by our Likewize team, a credit can be issued to you usually within 5-7 business days.
A replacement for your faulty product can be ordered by you at any time. Your credit will go towards this purchase. Be sure to check out our catalogue to pick the most suitable replacement.
Unfortunately, we can’t credit for products not covered under ACL and Warranty guidelines, so if your product isn’t deemed faulty, we will arrange to have this shipped back to you.
