Only customers with an existing eligible month-to-month plan are eligible to pay off accessories on a monthly repayment option. If you purchase an Accessory with other Optus services, such as a plan or other products and services, Optus’ Terms and Conditions will apply including our Device Payment terms below.
Device Payment Plans (OptusPay): You can buy an eligible device on a device payment plan and pay for it over a selected term by monthly instalments (also referred to as OptusPay). You will need to remain on an eligible Optus Plan for the term of your device payment plan. If you cancel your eligible plan or move to an ineligible plan, your related device payment plan will also be cancelled. If your device payment plan is cancelled, you’ll need to pay out any remaining device payments in full. Any applicable device credits or discounts will be forfeited. If you have a related Optus Kids Plan and the primary service is cancelled (by you or Optus) then all device payment plans related to the services will be cancelled and you will need to pay out the full remaining cost of all of the devices with any applicable device credits or discounts forfeited. This is subject to your consumer law rights. Limit of one device payment plan per eligible device and per Optus plan. You will be automatically charged via card once per month for device payments. You must maintain your card payment details or your device payment plan will be cancelled.
