Order delivery & tracking
- Your delivery timings will be dependent on several factors, such as stock availability and delivery location. Our standard delivery timeframes are:
- Metropolitan deliveries: Usually 1-5 days
- Regional deliveries: Usually 3-5 business days in most regional areas
- Tracking updates are sent to the mobile number and email address provided during the order.
- You need to show proof of ID and sign for your accessory when it’s delivered. An alternative signatory isn't available for the accessory or any items from the same order.
- You'll receive a notification from Optus via SMS and email when the device has shipped.
Payment Requirements & Order Confirmation
- For accessories sales, you must have a valid VISA or Mastercard to pay for the accessory.
- If you're an existing Optus customer, you need to make the accessory payment separately. Existing payment methods set up on your account can't be used. We will also provide the tax invoice and order confirmation to the email address you provide during the order, if this differs from your Optus account email.
- You'll be emailed a tax invoice and order confirmation for your accessory purchase once payment is made.
Warranty and Returns

- Should you need to return any accessories (where applicable, such as ordering errors, wrong device received, etc.) to Optus, please contact us on 133 937 within 14 days of receiving your delivery. A representative will then discuss your options, if there are any applicable fees and explain how to return the goods.
- Returns are not accepted for ‘change of mind’.
- If the goods are returned opened, used, damaged or incomplete, where entitled to do so, Optus may charge you by debiting your previously nominated credit card or Optus account
